This apartment is situated in the Bahia Playa complex with very attractive well-maintained gardens and a large swimming pool. There is an extensive adjoining garden area on which there is a tennis court and amenities for children swings, climbing frames etc. and this area is very suitable for ball games.The whole complex is security fenced and is very child friendly.
Miraflores golf course with it's superb driving range is only a few minutes away and a short walk through the Princess Diana park will take you to a 24 hour supermarket, bars, restaurants, taxi rank and a medical centre.
A car is not essential for there are excellent public transport facilities.
